2. The members should build personal credit history in good standing through payment of outstanding installments on time as committed, pay charges when deferred payment, informed to LTFCU when financial difficulties, introducing new members and relatives loan guarantee was not dishonest.

3. Fees for registration and membership LTFCU is $4.75/time (only one time), and extract report personal credit history fee is $1.45/Version (for each re-financing ).

4. Members participating in the LT Fair Credit Union need a plan for debt payment deadlines, not to delay affects all aspects of LTFCU activities.

5. LT FAIR CREDIT UNION (LTFCU) have total authorize to use all necessary methods to recover the debt including: freeze member's asset, disclosure of information, sale of debt to a third party or take civil action and also membership benefits will taken away at any time if the member violates the terms of the credit agreement such as make late payment, not contact, account fraud ... etc.

6. All peoples of the society to participate in registration for membership with LTFCU have credit's benefits equally, irrespective of gender, race, ethnicity and all must comply with the laws of host country.
